About this space
Castor is GEM Center's second grand hall, a 1,719 m² column-free space beneath a distinctive woven timber lattice ceiling, seating up to 1,130 classroom-style. Like its sister hall Pollux, Castor divides into four independent sections — Castor 1 to 4 — for events that need to scale in size, and shares the venue's freight-lift access and rigging infrastructure for large-scale conferences, exhibitions, galas and fashion shows in the centre of District 1.
