Spaceferret was co-founded by Josselin Ferruzza and Ilona Pak. Each brings more than eight years of experience across Ho Chi Minh City’s event industry, including event production, venue operations, event consulting, event marketing, and original event concepts.

Ho Chi Minh City has an enormous range of event spaces, but finding and comparing them still means moving between hotel websites, social pages, directories, old PDFs, personal contacts, and direct messages.

Two founders. One point of responsibility.
Josselin Ferruzza and Ilona Pak bring experience across events, venues, creative projects, and digital operations in Ho Chi Minh City. Their work covers the practical decisions behind an event: developing the idea, testing feasibility, building the budget, choosing the venue, coordinating suppliers, managing communications, and running the event on the ground.
Spaceferret keeps one clear production lead from the first conversation to final delivery. The specialist team changes with the brief; responsibility stays clear.

The experience behind Spaceferret comes from producing events, building and operating venues, advising event businesses, and developing brand and cultural projects in Ho Chi Minh City.
Josselin built and operated Arcan as a 500-capacity venue and event platform, led pre-opening and venue-production work at the 1,000-capacity CINÉ Saigon, and later advised multi-venue operations across ETA, BAM, and Sinner. Across those roles, he worked on more than 1,000 events spanning corporate functions, brand activations, concerts, club nights, private events, exhibitions, and live broadcasts.
