Grand Ballroom is Riverside Palace's principal hall, 1,728 m² on Bến Vân Đồn in District 4, taking up to 1,400 guests on round tables or 2,000 theatre style — one of the largest single event rooms in the city outside the exhibition centres. The venue publishes layout tables for four further halls, each scaling down from the Grand Ballroom: Volga (576 m², up to 450 seated on round tables, 550 theatre, 580 standing), Nile (576 m², up to 440 seated, 540 theatre, 550 standing), Danube (540 m², up to 450 seated, 500 theatre, 540 standing) and Elbe (360 m², up to 240 seated, 260 theatre, 360 standing). Every room runs on the same support: in-house catering, sound system, lighting rig, LED screen, stage, air conditioning, projector screen, Wi-Fi, parking and furniture included. Riverside Palace also advertises Amur, Seine, Thames and further halls without a published capacity table.
