Stage 1 is Capital Studio Media City's main production stage at 212 Lý Chính Thắng, District 3. The room measures 22m by 32m with a 7.5m ceiling, ceiling air conditioning and soundproofing built for live sound recording. Rigging points rated to 400kg support full technical builds, and the adjoining Artist Lounge gives performers a dedicated wardrobe, fitting, resting and hair-and-makeup space just off stage. The venue has hosted concerts, product launches, fashion shows and exhibitions here, including Vietnam International Fashion Week and Billboard Vietnam productions. Staging, sound and lighting equipment are arranged as separate rentals depending on the production. Capacity depends on layout: up to approximately 800 standing, 450 theatre-style or 300 seated.
