This Privacy Policy explains how SPACEFERRET Company Limited, its subsidiaries, affiliates and entities under common control (collectively referred to as "Space Ferret", “us”, “our” or "we") process your Personal Data. The data processing referred to here includes the collection, recording, holding, organizing, arranging, storing, adapting, altering, retrieving, consulting, using, disclosing, erasing or destroying Personal Data (collectively referred to as "processing"), which is carried out on our website www.spaceferret.vn/ ("Site").

1. Definitions
Undefined terms in this Privacy Policy have the same definition as in our Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you are a User or a Guest

We mainly collect personal information you choose to provide when you contact us by filling out our contact forms or communicating with us directly by email. This information will only be viewed by internal personnel and will not be visible to public, which includes but not limited to:

Contact. Such as your first name, last name, email address, and phone number, when you fill in a form as a Guest requesting to book a Venue or a Host requesting to list your Venue on our Site.

Information About Others. Such as information about other Guests or staff working at a Venue. By providing us with personal information about others, you certify that you have the permission to provide that information to Space Ferret for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and you have shared the Space Ferret Privacy Policy with them.

Other Information. Such as additional information you choose to provide us or additional information we request from you regarding your Venue, Service, or event. This may include health information if you choose to share it with us.

In some cases, we may require users to provide us with government-issued documents as part of our customer identification process, as required by applicable laws or our Terms and Conditions, to identify you and process requests and/or provide ancillary services such as financial services, refunds, and cancellations.

If you are a Supplier or a Vendor
To fully utilize the Site and its features, we will collect personally identifiable information or information that can be used to identify, contact, or locate an individual or any property or business related to the services the Supplier is providing on the Site. We will also collect other Personal Data necessary to fulfill all payment obligations between you and us, including all relevant tax obligations.

1.2 Information Automatically Collected By Using The Space Ferret Platform From Your Device

When you use the Space Ferret Platform, we automatically collect your Personal Data for several purposes, including to help us to understand your interaction with the Space Ferret Platform, in order to provide a better experience. This Personal Data is in the form of technical data about your device and its usage, such as information about the websites you have visited, browsing duration, internet device identifier (ID), and may include:

Usage Information. Such as the pages or content you view, searches for Listings, bookings you have made, additional services you have added, and other actions on the Space Ferret Platform.

When you use the Site, we will collect information that we call "Log Data" such as details about how you’ve used the Space Ferret Platform (including if you clicked on links to third-party applications), include (but are not limited to) IP address, access dates and times, hardware and software information, device information, device event information, unique identifiers, crash data, browser type, operating system, country, mobile service provider, and the pages you’ve viewed or engaged with before or after using the Space Ferret Platform as well as other information related to internet usage. We use Log Data to provide you with a better experience when using the Site.

In such cases, you represent and warrant to us that you have obtained the written consent of the relevant third party, and accordingly you have the authority to represent that individual to allow us to collect, use, disclose, and process their Personal Data. Please understand that we will not be able to provide the service if we cannot collect the corresponding Personal Data.
2. How We Collect, Process, Use, or Disclose Personal Data

We may also notify you of the above marketing activities by various means, if possible (including via SMS, mobile apps such as Zalo, push notifications, or email).
